Stallions, Embryos, Broodmares and Runners: Fastrack’s August Mixed Sale Is Sunday
One Valiant Hero, a $389,799 stakes winner whose foals have earned $2,810,190, sells as Hip 52 with 300 doses of frozen semen, one of 38 horses in the Fastrack August Mixed Sale on Sunday, Aug. 16, 2026.
Six embryos sell. Hip 81, due in 2027 and is a full sibling to RC Corona King, winner of six graded stakes and 10 races for $759,437. Its sire, Eye Am King, has sired the earners of $14.5 million.
The broodmare section runs 16 lots and just two of the outstanding lots are Freda Legacy, Hip 132, sells carrying a very early 2027 foal by Leading Sire Dulce Sin Tacha, nearly $4 million from two crops to the track and the sire of this year’s Ruidoso Derby-G1 winner GF Shes Sinful, $457,653. Freda Legacy is a half-sister to champion Fearless Moon, a multiple G1 stakes winner of $438,672, and last week’s Los Alamitos Cox Ranch AQHA Challenge, now $260,000 in earnings -from the female family that produced World Champion Heza Dasha Fire, $2,240,112.
JC Wild Queen, Hip 140, is a 5-year-old Apollitical Jess mare with four wins, a Grade 2 placing and $102,866, and she has not been bred. She is a full sister to JC Wild King, a G2 stakes winner of $249,273, and a sister to stakes winner JC Wild Rose, $124,496.
Among the yearlings, Favorite Candy Tree, Hip 151, is a sorrel colt by $65 million sire Favorite Cartel and out of Send Me A Candy Tree, a G1 stakes winner of $410,384 who has produced six winners from seven to start.
Nine horses of racing age close the catalog, among them PYC Fancy Wagon, Hip 209, a gray filly and a winner of $17,444 by PYC Paint Your Wagon, the No. 6 all-time leading sire.
